Eberspaecher takes over Carrier’s bus and coach AC business in India

In India, Germany-based Eberspaecher group recently completed the acquisition of the local bus and coach air conditioning distribution business of Carrier Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Ltd., from Carrier Corp. (USA), a business unit of United Technologies Corporation. Earlier this year, Eberspaecher acquired Carrier’s SUETRAK bus air conditioning systems business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and completed the acquisition of related distribution operations in Mexico. The newly-founded Eberspaecher Suetrak Bus Climate Control Systems India Pvt. Ltd. is based near Gurgaon, in the greater-New Delhi area. It provides customers in India with a complete range of roof-mounted and split-type air conditioning systems for all kinds of buses and coaches.
