TRW Automotive Holdings Corp., the global leader in active and passive safety systems, has announced an enhanced technology relationship with its joint venture, Brakes India Ltd. (BI) manufacturing automotive and non-automotive braking systems and ferrous castings.
TRW intends to license slip control systems (SCS) technology to BI to enable it to manufacture and provide local engineering and development capability as part of its service to customers in India.
Peter Lake, TRWs Executive Vice President for Sales and Business Development, explained: “TRWs longstanding relationship with BI has been extremely successful.
